Built by repairers,
for India's repair economy.
For 28 years we’ve worked on the repair trade from every side — fixing phones at our counter, training technicians at our institute, and building software for their shops.

From one workbench to a whole ecosystem.
28 years of repairing devices, training world-class technicians, and building tools for India's repair counter.
It started at the repair counter
Long before the institute, we were fixing phones for customers — 70,000+ of them to date.
A lab, not a lecture hall
In 2006 we opened the institute with one belief: technicians are made at the workbench. It became one of India's first to offer 100+ hours of hands-on practice.
Graduates open their own counters
3,000+ students from 100+ locations across India have trained with us — working with 20+ partner companies or running their own repair shops.
Counter chaos
Lost paper tags, messy registers and false customer disputes were eating into every technician's profit.
Software from people who repair
So we built Metafy — digital job cards, WhatsApp tracking and thermal invoices, designed around how a real repair counter works.
One complete circle
A walk-in repair store, a training institute and shop software — each one making the others better.
Three parts. One mission.
Repairing devices, training the people who repair them, and giving their shops better tools.
